ROSÉ WINE
A reference book for rosé wines around the world
Published by FERET in 2009, the 340-page book "Le vin Rosé" (Rosé Wines) covers technical and economic aspects, and also the perception of rosé wines throughout the world. The book is the fruit of 2 years of work by its three authors: Claude FLANZY, Chairman of the scientific research board at the Rosé Wine Experimentation and Research Center; Gilles MASSON, Director of the center; and François MILLO, General Director of the Conseil Interprofessionnel des Vins de Provence (Provence Wine Council). No less than 65 wine enthusiasts and experts from around the world also contributed to the work (professors, researchers, enologists, wine waiters, technicians) by sharing their research results or their own personal experiences. This book is a treasure trove of information and a must for anyone who wants to learn about Rosé wines. It responds to a pressing need in the field as the Rosé wine industry continues to develop.
