WINE COMPETITION
IN SAINT-TROPEZ
Organized by the CIVP, this annual competition has been an important date on the calendar for more than 25 years. The competition is overseen by the DGCCRF and is reserved for rosé, red and white wines with the Côtes de Provence, Coteaux Varois en Provence or Coteaux d’Aix-en-Provence appellations. The juries of wine industry professionals (oenologists, wine waiters, winegrowers and journalists) perform blind tastings on the 500 different candidates to ensure complete objectivity. Each year, approximately 100 reds, whites and rosés from Provence receive the Gold or Silver Medal.
