Ingredients
  • 100 g fresh salmon
  • 100 g fresh tuna
  • 100 g cod
  • 4 cooked pink shrimp
  • 1 lime, sliced
  • Juice from 2 limes
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp pink peppercorns
  • 1 sprig dill
  • Salt and ground pepper
Direction

Slice the fish in thin strips and arrange them on the serving dish. Place the pink shrimp and a few slices on the dish. In a bowl, mix the lemon juice and olive oil. Season and drizzle the mixture over the shrimp. Garnish with pink peppercorns and sprig of dill.
