Direction

• Peel the apple and divide it into 6 wedges, caramelize in a buttered pan, with a tablespoon of sugar and a pinch of cinnamon.Leave. • For the brioche, dip it in custard. Then cook in a frying pan with a nice knob of butter and a pinch of sugar, until coloring on both sides. • On a plate, put the buns on which you will have the caramelized apple quarters. Leave for 3 minutes in the oven at 180 ° C.
